ONLINE orders	A) Order online with credit card payment. Simple! NOTE that International customers MUST prepay using credit card unless prior agreement. B) Email us orders- and we'll send an invoice with your goods if you provide a school PO number. Our email address: orders@thinkshop.org

INVOICE ME	Australian and NZ schools ONLY, may select "PLEASE INVOICE ME" option. Please include an official purchase order number and we'll happily send your goods accompanied by an invoice.

ON APPROVAL	We'll happily ship real ("hard-copy") books on 14-day approval if you supply us with an official school address. 14-day approval guaranteed! Please note that Ebooks are NOT returnable and are therefore NOT issued on approval.

RETURNS & REFUNDS	Please note that Ebooks are NOT refundable except at the final discretion of ThinkShop management. Return any printed book within 14 days, unmarked and in pristine condition, and we'll happily guarantee you a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage). As simple as that.
